With more than 25 years of experience, we have developed our unique approach to sales, whilst having one of the highest levels of service in the jewelry segment of Uzbekistan. We would like to inform you with our approach and answer the questions you may have.

Sales

The uniqueness of each Masar product is in its original design, high assembly quality and limited editions. All of them consist of collections of at most 9, 20, 50 and 100 items.

We do not indicate the weight of our product, since the main thing in it is the art concept. Each item is provided with an individual certificate and a warranty card, which is valid for two years from the date of purchase and ensures that your item is repaired free of charge if it has been broken through the manufacturer’s fault. The certificate also contains basic information about us, the product, care and it’s exploitation.

Each customer may return a purchased item within 14 calendar days, if it has not been used. Within the same period, the client may exchange the item for another, paying an additional amount or difference in the cost.

Manufacturing by demand

Because of the sequence of orders and complexity of the technical moments, the time limit for any order placed at the Masar is 30 days. In the case of items, which are complex in terms of engineering, it is 45 days. If we have missed the deadline, then the customer receives a discount of 10% of the item cost.

To get your custom-made jewelry, you have to use the Masar catalogs: we do not manufacture products presented in other companies’ catalogs, using other people’s sketches, or replica jewelry. We consider all as unprofessional behavior and plagiarism. Also we do not except precious metals to manufacture custom-made items.

Club Cards

Regular customers have the opportunity to get club cards. These are accumulative cards of two types — white and red ones.

Holders of white cards are those who have purchased the Masar jewelry for a total amount of at least 15,000,000 UZS. In the case of a silver item, 7% of its cost is credited to a card, and in case of a gold item purchased the credited amount will be 5%.

Holders of red cards are customers with a total accumulated amount of purchases of 30,000,000 UZS. In the case of a silver item, 15% of its cost is credited to a card, and in case of a gold item purchased, the credited amount will be 7%.

If a customer has made no purchases for 3 or more years, the accumulated amount wil be reseted to zero.

Controversial situations

Any controversial issues shall be resolved in favor of the customer if the Masar employees have been wrong or rude. We, however, reserve the right not to serve a visitor who is behaving improperly or is committing provocative actions. The same holds for social networking pages.
